<\/i><\/i><\/span>For which models is INBAY available?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

We currently offer INBAY for over 85 vehicle models. You can find them in the product overview. We are working hard on further models, which is why new solutions are added regularly!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>My smartphone gets warm when charging. Is that normal?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

Due to the inductive charging technology, your smartphone heats up slightly when charging. This is the heat loss that occurs during charging. However, this is completely normal and harmless and occurs with every Qi charger.<\/p>\n

Due to the short distance between the transmitter and receiver, INBAY has a very high level of efficiency. Our Qi-certified charging technology regularly measures the heat development so that your battery does not get too warm. The temperature control automatically switches off charging at 65\u00b0. This ensures the greatest possible safety for your smartphone.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Does Inbay support fast charging?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

The latest generation INBAY applications support fast charging with 10W or up to 15W charging power. Older systems have an output of 5W.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Can I continue to put coins, keys etc. in the tray?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

This is not a problem, as INBAY is Qi-certified, induction charging is only activated when a Qi-enabled smartphone is actually placed on the tray. You can therefore use the tray as usual and place coins, keys, etc. there. However, you should not place a smartphone together with coins, credit cards, etc. on the INBAY tray.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>How difficult is it to install INBAY?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Installation can be carried out by anyone with a little technical understanding and skill. You can find illustrated installation instructions<\/a> and installation videos<\/a> here.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Is INBAY suitable for leased vehicles?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

INBAY can be completely retrofitted from the outside and should not be a problem when returning the lease. You should of course keep the original mat or the original compartment!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>How is the warranty regulated?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

The statutory warranty in Germany applies. As you know it from all other products.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>How do I send a return?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

Returns within Germany:<\/p>\n

There should be a returns slip enclosed with your order. You can use this to register your return. Please note that this is not a return label.<\/p>\n

If your order does not include a returns slip, please note the following information on a piece of paper and enclose it with your return:<\/p>\n

– Name<\/p>\n

– Order number (PL…..)<\/p>\n

– the reason for the return so that we know whether a replacement, exchange or refund is required.<\/p>\n

Returns outside Germany:<\/p>\n

If your order has been sent to a delivery address outside Germany, the customer must bear the costs of the return shipment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Goods can be returned to us within 14 days.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Do I have to pay for the return shipment myself?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Orders within Germany:<\/p>\n

No, you can write an e-mail to shop@inbay.systems with the request to receive a return label, and then you do not have to pay the shipping costs yourself.<\/p>\n

Orders outside Germany:<\/p>\n

Yes, the cost of return shipping outside of Germany must be paid by the customer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>How do I get my money back?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
\n

Upon receipt of the return, your money will be refunded in the same way as the order was paid for.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>I have a technical question about the product or would like to know whether a product can be installed in my vehicle. What can I do?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Please return the wrong item to us. Proceed as described under \u201cSending a return\u201d with the note that the wrong item was delivered. We will then refund your money after receiving the return and cancel your order. You can then place a new order for the desired item.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
